Opening of the 29th Edition of the Festival del Prosciutto di Parma (Piazza G. Ferrari) – Remarks by local Authorities and special guests chef Andrea Mainardi and athlete Fausto Desalu. On the Festival stage, Italy’s most rock ‘n’ roll chef and Olympic gold medallist in the relay will star “Ready, Steady, Cook!”, a fun and entertaining cooking show combining food, showmanship and entertainment.
