FIND OUT HOW PARMA HAM IS MADE
The Open Doors (Finestre Aperte) initiative, the key event of the show which every year attracts a large audience of enthusiasts, returns for the 25th edition of the Parma Ham Festival. The producers open the doors of their ham factories to visitors, who discover the secrets of the production cycle as they breathe in the scents of these Parma Ham “cathedrals”.
7 daily guided tours organized by participating companies for groups of up to 15 people, at the following times:
Morning 10.00 – 11.00 – 12.00; Afternoon 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm – 6.00 pm.

The initiative costs € 2 for adults, free for children under 18; visitors can reach the production sites with their own vehicles.
