MASTERCLASS

Equipment rental for the 2026 Prosciutto Festival: EAFRD funding requested

On the occasion of the Prosciutto Festival, the Municipality of Langhirano requested funding under the GAL call for proposals dedicated to the promotion of agri-food fairs and food supply chains – Intervention SRG 06 – DU_AS_05B Annual Implementation Complement of the Local Development Strategy Leader (CODAL) of the Ducato GAL. Rural development program of the Emilia-Romagna Region supported by the EAFRD – European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

The Municipality of Langhirano has requested funding for the 29th edition of the Parma Ham Festival. The funded project involves the rental of specific equipment (rental, assembly, and disassembly of equipment required for setting up the various exhibition areas, excluding the “Prosciutto di Parma Experience” sector) aimed at enhancing the local production chain associated with the “Prosciutto di Parma DOP” product. The project aims to achieve the following results: strengthening product distribution markets and promoting informed consumption and food safety.

The contribution is provided for by the call for proposals for Public Bodies concerning the CAP STRATEGIC PLAN AND PROGRAMMING COMPLEMENT FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CAP STRATEGIC PROGRAM 2023-2027 OF THE EMILIA-ROMAGNA REGION Reg. (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council 2021/2025 – ACTION: DU_AS_05B Promotion of agri-food fairs and food supply chains.
