The opening event will be streamed on the social media of the Parma Ham Consortium.

Introductory remarks by Local Authorities and special participation by:

DIEGO CUSANO – FANTASY RESEARCHER – will create a work with Parma Ham as its main subject;

FEDERICO FUSCA and SIMONE FINETTI – CHEFS – will compete against each other in a show cooking event featuring Parma Ham;

MARCO DI COSTANZO – ROWER – Bronze Medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, multiple Olympic, World, European and Italian champion;

EMMA BALSIMELLI – NUTRITIONIST – RAI TV personality

ANDREA MAINARDI – CHEF – Guest of honour
