In Parma, Parma Ham Bistro will take place under the Portici del Grano arcades in Piazza Garibaldi, with tastings accompanied by activities and events. The complete programme of scheduled events.
From Monday to Friday:

Every day you can enjoy tastings of Parma Ham at different stages of maturation and with various pairings. Many “guest of the day” products with activities, events and tastings.

Organized by the Ascom Group of Parma Bread Makers.
SIMULTANEOUS EVENT: THE TOMACA FEST WITH TOMATO EXHIBITION AND MARKET WILL TAKE PLACE UNDER THE PORTICI DEL GRANO ARCADES IN THE MORNING STARTING AT 8:30am

3 pairs of chefs and sommeliers compete against one another with their interpretations on the theme of Parma Ham and wines of excellence from Reggio, Parma and Piacenza.
The pairs: Chef Mariano Chiarelli (I Du Matt restaurant– Parma) with sommelier Maura Gigatti; Chef Filippo Cavalli (Osteria dei Mascalzoni – Parma) with sommelier Luigi Delsoldato; Chef Paola Pesci (Mezzadri restaurant – Paroletta di Fontanellato – Parma) with sommelier Roberto Delfi
