Tastings, guided tastings, meetings and taste laboratories to discover the secrets of the “Prince” of Italian deli meats together with the masters of Prosciutto di Parma PDO. There will be ham factories’ stands where visitors can meet Prosciutto di Parma producers… and much more. (Via Veneto)

PARMA SHOP. Sale of the “Festival Special” edition of Prosciutto di Parma made by the factories of the Cittadella del Prosciutto di Parma. In the evening music and entertainment. (Via Veneto)

DRY-CURED HAMS FROM THE WORLD AT THE COURT OF HIS MAJESTY PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA. The Cittadella del Prosciutto hosts other European PDO dry-cured hams.

PARMA & BIOVA. At the stand you can taste the craft beer born from the collaboration between the Consorzio of Parma Ham and the start up Biova Project to reduce food waste. (Via Veneto)

AMBROGIO SANELLI. The manufacturer of knives and professional tools since 1864 will accompany visitors to discover its products, giving advice on use and maintenance and offering sharpening demonstrations at its stand. (Via Veneto)
