FIND OUT HOW PARMA HAM IS MADE
Returns on the occasion of the 29th edition of the Parma Ham Festival, the OPEN DOORS initiative, the flagship event of the festival, which attracts a large audience of enthusiasts every year.
Producers will open the doors of their ham-producing facilities to guide visitors on a journey to discover the secrets of the production process, while experiencing the aromas of the cathedrals of Parma Ham.
6 guided tours are organised daily by participating companies for groups of up to 15 people, at the following times:
Morning at 10:00 – 11:00 – 12:00; Afternoon at 15:00 – 16:00 – 17:00.
