DRY-CURED HAMS FROM THE WORLD AT THE COURT OF HIS MAJESTY PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA. The Cittadella del Prosciutto hosts other European PDO dry-cured hams.

PARMA & BIOVA. At the stand you can taste the craft beer born from the collaboration between the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma and the start up Biova Project to combat food waste.
