During the 12th Parma Ham Festival, the King of Cured Meats will be the centre of attention.

The Festival will take place over the four weekends from the 29th August to the 20th September with a host of gastronomic, cultural and entertainment events.  There will be tastings, concerts and exhibitions in the 12 towns of the Parma hills, which together form the Parma Ham production area.

The key focus of the initiative will be the Open Doors event when the Parma Ham producers open their production houses to the public, allowing people to see how Parma Ham is made and enjoy a taste of this special product.   Producers will reveal the secrets of that magical combination of climate, tradition and passion which make Parma Ham special.

For the first time this year, you can follow the events of the Festival on the social network, Facebook and on the brand channel, You Tube.
