6:30pmTaste & Wine. The challenge
3 pairs of chefs and sommeliers compete against one another with their interpretations on the theme of Parma Ham and wines of excellence from Reggio, Parma and Piacenza.
The pairs:
- Chef Mariano Chiarelli (I Du Matt restaurant– Parma) with sommelier Maura Gigatti;
- Chef Filippo Cavalli (Osteria dei Mascalzoni – Parma) with sommelier Luigi Delsoldato;
- Chef Paola Pesci (Mezzadri restaurant – Paroletta di Fontanellato – Parma) with sommelier Roberto Delfi

8:00pmParma Anchovies meet Parma. Cooking show– Chef José Amici (“Monte Due Torri” holiday farmhouse and the “Il Borgo” resort, Genzano and Ariccia, Castelli Romani) wields his culinary expertise for L’Isola d’Oro, Rizzoli Emanuelli, Delicius and Zarotti.
