PARMA HAM MUSEUM – Presentation of the New Set-Up of the Deli Meat Section of the Parma Ham Museum with the participation of the Mayor of Langhirano, Giordano Bricoli, the Councillor for Culture, Federica Di Martino, and the President of the Food Museums, Maurizio Ceci.
The Coordinator of the Museums, Giancarlo Gonizzi, outlines the history of Parma deli meats. Presentation of donations to the Museum. Free admission.

FINESTRE APERTE (OPEN WINDOWS). The production sites open their doors to visitors. The shuttle bus leaves from Piazzale Corridoni. Operating times: 10am-1pm / 3pm-7pm.
Parma Ham Museum – Soft opening from 10am to 8pm and “Special Festival” reduced price of admission at €3 for all. Free guided tours, tastings, meetings and workshops.
At the Museum Restaurant (open from 10am to 8pm) visitors can taste 20-30 month-old Parma Ham PDO, Coppa di Parma PGI, Spalla Cotta di San Secondo, Spalla Cruda, Salami Felino PGI, and Strolghino di Culatello salami. (Via Bocchialini, 7)

STREEAT – European Food Truck Festival.
Many Food Trucks from different places offer their best specialties, in a convivial party atmosphere provided by the musical selection of Barley Arts Promotion (since 1979). To accompany these tasty and varied gastronomic treats, there just had to be an innovative and unconventional BAR, as managed by BUONO-Food&Events! Italian craft beers, natural wines, cocktails and fruit and vegetable juices, to pair with every type of food and quench your thirst in a natural way! (Via Veneto and Via Fratti)

What a Bufala! Workshops on Mozzarella di Bufala Campana
Live stretching and cutting with cheesemaker Domenico Lavecchia, followed by pairing and tasting of different sizes and by pairing with Parma Ham PDO. In collaboration with the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO Consortium.
Barman Live and Mixology – 4 cocktails created by the Barmen of Peter Pan (Parma) especially for the Parma Ham Festival, as part of the Barman Live initiative. In collaboration with FIPE, Italian Federation of Bars and Catering.
