For food lovers, from 29 August to 20 September, the capital of Food Valley is a not-to-be-missed destination. As part of the 12th Parma Ham Festival, the 60 best restaurants of the city and surrounding province will interpret Parma Ham with the imagination and creativity characteristic of the Emilian spirit. The formula is very simple. The Consortium has offered the restaurants the best Parma Hams, cured with care and patience in the mild Parma Hills, and has issued a challenge to the area’s chefs: to celebrate the King of Hams, bringing out its flavour and versatility.
