Saturday 8 September
SHUTTLE 1.
Departure at 10 a.m. from Parma in Via Toschi (Pilotta area) to visit Rosa dell'Angelo ham factory – Traversetolo
Possibility to have lunch and dinner, at Prosciutto Bar Rosa dell'Angelo, tel. + 39 (0)521 343924.
Possibility to visit Barboj at the city boundary and to the black pigs farm.
At 3.30 p.m. Return to Parma (Via Toschi)
SHUTTLE 2.
Departure from Fiere di Parma at 5 p.m. to Langhirano (Piazza Corridoni) for the planned events and Nomadi's concert at t 9 p.m. Return to Fiere di Parma at 11.30 p.m.
Sunday 9 September
SHUTTLE 1.
Departure at 9.30 a.m. from Parma (Via Toschi - Pilotta Area) to Capanna ham factory - Collecchio

Afterwards, stop in town for lunch and for planned events.
At 3.30 p.m.visit to Museo Guatelli (Ozzano Taro)
At 5 p.m. return to Parma (via Toschi).

Departure at 3 p.m. from Fiere di Parma to Langhirano (Piazza Corridoni).
There, a bus organized by the Municipality will bring the peple to the various ham factories.
Return to Parma (Fiere) at 5.30 p.m.
SHUTTLE 4.
Departure from Parma (Via Toschi, Pilotta Area) to have "Tour of gastronomic and naturalistic local excellences"
Guided tour to San Nicola ham factory (at Ghiare di Corniglio), departure at 12.30 to Lagdei Chalet, where is possible to have lunch.
Special price menu “km 0”.
The shuttle will take the passenger in Località Cancelli (less than 1Km).
Required flat shoes and sportswear.
At 3 p.m.: Guided nature hike through Natural Reserve of Pradaccio, in the middle of suggestive area of Tuscan and Emilian Appenine National Park.
Departure at 5.30 from Lagdei and finally arrival in Parma at 6.30 p.m.

Departure at 9.30 a.m. from Parma in Via Toschi (Pilotta area) to visit San Martino dairy
Viazzano (Varano Melegari), Via Riva 5
Visit to learn how Parmigiano Reggiano is made
Following stages:
- 11.30 am: visit to Ancellotti farm, Loc. Bazzani 120
- 12.30 am: visit to the alpaca breeding in Boccolo farm, Boccolo Road 7, with lunch on site (fee)
- Return to Parma (Via Toschi), departing at 3.30 p.m.

Thursday 13 September
SHUTTLE 1.
Departure at 9.30 a.m. from Parma in Via Toschi (Pilotta zone) for a visit to Battistero dairy - Serravalle (Varano Melegari) to attend how Parmigiano-Reggiano is made.
Following stages:
- 11.30 am: visit to the Baptistery of Serravalle
- 12 am: visit to the wineries "Cantine Carrettii", Via Serravalle 80
- Lunch on site (fee)
- 3 p.m.: a visit to "Fogliano", genuine local food, in Via Provinciale 127
- Return to Parma (Via Toschi), departing at 4.30 p.m.
