Rai Uno Chef Fabio Campoli Comes to Parma

10 August 2009 – The chef Fabio Campoli – known to the general public for his cooking shows "Uno mattina" and "Uno mattina estate" on the Rai Uno television channel – will be the star of the closing weekend of the Parma Ham Festival. The chef will present a special tasting of his cuisine: “Note di Gusto al Prosciutto di Parma” (“Parma Ham Tasting Notes”), three recipes celebrating Parma Ham, from his latest book “Note di gusto”, soon to be published by Cucina & Vini.
 
From Piazza Garibaldi, the heart of Parma, on Friday 18 September from 5:00 PM, Fabio Campoli will celebrate Italy’s sweetest ham, and will tell the stories of his recipes. The meeting will also be a chance to get to know the association “Il Circolo dei Buongustai” (“Food-Lovers Circle”), of which Campoli is president. This is an association founded with a group of friends and colleagues with the aim of promoting and spreading food, wine and culinary culture.
